Goose Rillette - 100g - £10
Goose leg confit'd with spices to to make a delicious Rillette. Pair it with rustic sourdough bread and cornichons/pickled onions for a delicious starter.
Oak Smoked Goose Breast - 80g -£10
Soaked in brine with Juniper berries and spices then perfectly hot smoked over oak for faboulsly flavour but also ensuring it remains pink for the perfect taste and texture.
Thinly sliced it makes a wonderful starter
